Many people were affected in various ways by the events that transpired on the night of July 16, 2012. The ripple effect of this incident spread far beyond the direct victims themselves but to the first responders, witnesses, law enforcement officers and all the way to the safety of the public at large.
We are reserving space for you as an individual to describe how this has impacted you. We will collect this information and present it to the California Department of Corrections as well as The Board of Parole Hearings.
